The cabin has 4 bedrooms, and 2 baths, in this 3-level home that will sleep 10 comfortably. The main level has a beautiful open, flowing kitchen, dining, and living area with a wall of windows looking out into the Black Hills Forest. The living room has a gas fireplace, with a flat-screen TV above it, comfortable seating, and a walk-out to the deck. The full-service kitchen has everything you need to make meals for your group and the dining area easily seats 10. There is also a walk-out to the deck, by the kitchen to the wrap-around deck, BBQ Grill, and private hot tub. The main floor has 1 bedroom with a queen bed and a full bathroom with double sinks and shower/tub combo.
Upstairs you’ll find a queen bedroom. The lower level has a spacious living area with a wet bar, a TV area with a flat screen, and comfy seating. There is a full bath and 2 more bedrooms on the lower level, one with a queen size bed and the other with a set of full-size bunk beds. The upstairs loft has a queen bedroom and an open loft area for sitting and relaxing. Sunday Gulch Trail. The Sunday Gulch Trail is one of the area’s most popular trails and is rated as a strenuous hike. This 4-mile loop begins near Sylvan Lake in Custer State Park and takes you through a valley with boulders surrounding you. You’ll be rewarded with gorgeous views of the valley and stunning rock formations. Many rare plants and a wide variety of trees can be seen throughout the trail.
Elk Creek Trail. If you’re looking for an easier hiking trail in the Black Hills, Elk Creek Trail is a 5-mile out-and-back trail with many places to stop and take in the peace and quiet. Enjoy a stroll with the pups (remember to leave no trace!) and enjoy a day outdoors with family and friends.
